Detailed Responsibilities
- Input/Setup and processing of loans for new customers and other related maintenance tasks for loans (Settlements Pricing changes and repayment schedule changes etc.) Received from CAD within the Core bank system.
- Payment of different fees as well as internal transfer of funds in the Core Bank system
- Blocking and unblocking accounts on the system
- Dialing of transactions
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Attain and surpass monthly targets expectations across the portfolio and the revenue
- The focus should be on activation and the managing dormant or inactive customers. Focus on activation and management of dormant/inactive
- Stay up to date with current procedures, policies, products, and procedures to provide a superior clients’ onboarding experience
- Actively participate in the Participate actively in the Learning, Development, and training initiatives of the bank the interest of becoming effective sales representatives
- Make sure that you adhere to the strictest standards for KYC, Compliance policies, and any other requirements as stated
